Two live entertainment stages, highlighted by the main Solar Stage, present the talents of professional bands, savvy DJs and honor the best in local performances and on the Community Tribute Stage. Since when have you said I danced all day on an Olympic Soccer Field?

Enjoy the tunes and relax in the Craft Brew & Margarita Garden located near the main stage.

Fireworks Mark the Start of A New Century

Kick back on the Olympic soccer field in front of the main stage and listen to music of the decades as fireworks light up the night sky, welcoming Chula Vista into the next century of growth and success. Blankets for grass OK!

Carnival Rides, Games & Face Painting

Get a thrill twirling on carnival rides and snap candid shots as kids saddle up for a pony trot. Games, face painters and balloon artists will entertain everyone, creating smiles and surprises. Children will also learn about fire safety and prevention in the interactive Fire House.

Reaching back to the city’s roots as the original Lemon Capital of the World, guests will satisfy their taste buds in the Twist of Lemon tasting area with offerings from over twenty restaurants, featuring entrées, cocktails, and desserts, all incorporating a lemon theme. Regional wineries and spirit purveyors will complement dishes with zesty samplings.

London Olympics Preview

Watch high-flying BMX athletes, navigating a track filled with jumps and hairpin turns. Kids can try out the newest Olympic sport, introduced in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, by riding a bike on the development track. Catch the Olympic spirit throughout the world-class training facility and keep your eyes out for Olympians and Olympic hopefuls walking in your midst.

Centennial Milestone Path – Check Out Classic Cars, Dine and Shop!

Walk the Centennial Milestone Path to check out the classic car display featuring fifty vintage vehicles from Model Ts to low riders. Learn about inspiring moments from Chula Vista’s history. Shop for unique keepsakes from talented local art vendors while enjoying a variety of flavorful foods.

Rec & Roll Obstacle Course

In the spirit of the upcoming summer Olympics, be one of the first 1,000 kids to complete the Rec & Roll Olympic obstacle course at the celebration and receive Centennial Medal!

Ride Your Bike and Lock Up With a Free Bike Valet

The free bike valet will be located near the front entrance. Riders must bring their own bike locks. Racks will be provided. Save on gas and enjoy the beauty of Chula Vista's foothills.

Free Shuttle at Otay Ranch Town Center

Free parking and shuttle service will be offered from the Otay Ranch Town Center. Pick up the shuttle on the South side of the mall across from Macy's No bikes allowed on shuttles.

By Car

The Chula Vista Centennial Celebration is located on the scenic U.S. Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, which can be accessed by car most conveniently from I-805 and SR 125. Head East on Olympic Parkway, leading directly to the training center and Otay Ranch Town Center.

Parking

General parking across from the Olympic Trainng Center and in the adjacent New Hope Church parking lot is $5 (Cash Only).

Preferred parking in the upper lot near main gate of Olympic Trainng Center is $10. (Cash only).
